sore on legs

My sons skinny pig has growths that appeared out of no where on his little legs....he has lost weight as well and the sores look like they are causing him pain....I live in a very small town....we took him to the vets and they told me they do not deal with "pocket pets"...I have been trying to find a vet that will take him....can you help ....is there a cream or anything until I can find a vet that will help him?
The skinny pigs name is Bubbles and he is about 2 yrs old...he is the only one.

I'll need a bit more information before I can adequately help. Are these "growths" like lumps or are they more external like sores? Where, exactly, on his legs are they located (hips, ankles, etc.)? If they are lumps: Are they hard or soft and squishy? Can you move them around a bit or do they seem attached to something inside? If they are external: Are they crusty or weeping? Do they bleed? What color are they?
