Dying ?

My guinea pigs name is Nibbles and has just came off her food for about 4 days we took her to the vet and she gave us antibiotics for her and i seen a inprovement in her but tonight she has got Really bad,Can't stand, not eating even worse , allways laying down. my mum and dad say they think she is going to die soon but i don't know. Please tell me soon whats going on.

Have you taken her back to the vet? Is your vet a good exotics one?
