sneezer

I got a guinea pig from petsmart to be a friend for my other one. I quarantined the new 1. It sneezed a lot so we took it in. they gave it ?sulpham?, and we got it back after a week. it still sneezes. should we restart the quarantine? it has no other visible health problems. Also if you know anyrthing about sulpham please tell me.

In all honesty I am just now hearing about sulpham and am unable to find any information on the drug. I would call a vet and ask them about the drug since they can probably give you better information. I would still keep the guinea pig isolated and I would take the guinea pig to a vet for treatment, since the sulpham hasn't stopped the guinea pig from sneezing. What type of bedding are you using as well? Sometimes switching bedding can also benefit the guinea pig. Soft-sorbent bedding and carefresh bedding are my favorites for guinea pigs.
