weight lost

my piggy zoe will be 4 in august, in October she was bleeding and had many Terramycin injections but the bleeding came back when injections wore off. thanks to a vet in surrey who e-mails vets all over the world zoe had surgery to remove reproductive organs. now zoe has gotten over her upset tummy after surgery she spent months on hay, grass and dry food. now she is drinking 60-120mls of water a day and in the last 2 weeks she has lost nearly 100grams even though i am now feeding her every 4 hours and even syringe fed for 4 days. i am in Australia and vets and guinea pigs don't mix. zoe has had 3 urine test each time the urine has been more dilute. when she had a scan in January kidneys looked perfect. she has had blood taken and will be tested for kidney function. blood glucose was 5:3 and blood count was normal and so was urine. any help would be appreciated. i was feeding zoe on sweetcorn, silverbeet, celery leaf, bok choy, grass, oaten hay, parsley, cucumber, tomatoes(she only ate a little and now won't touch them)oxbow pellets and timothy hay and oats. the oats and sweetcorn were to put weight on. now vet who is doing an online course via Sydney university told her lecturer what i was feeding zoe and now have been told i am killing zoe by the food i am feeding her. lost a cat in march and have a cat with cancer and i was accused for feeding them incorrectly too by feeding them food from the supermarkets which has too much salt. would appreciate help, i suffer with panic attacks, fear of people and my pets especially my piggies are very important to me. thank you for reading this very long winded question. i just don't want to lose my zoe she means the world to me. saw the vet today and blood test will be done to see if kidneys are functioning properly. so i do understand this forum is only for help but not to replace a vets advice. i mainly want to know what i can feed my baby and how to help her. thank you.

Can you get hold of a formula called CRITICAL CARE or RECOVERY?
It is powder in a sachet and you mix it with water to a consistancy suitable for your piggy.She will probably eat it straight from the dish as it smells lovely.
If she will not take it,cut the end off one of your syringes and using a plunging action get some formula into the syringe. Offer her it this way if she wont eat normally.

If you can I would feed her on this as its packed with everything a piggy needs to get well.
I would stop feeding her silverbeet...sweetcorn....bok choy....celery....oaten hay....and tomatoes.
Instead give her thin slivers of carrot,and little amounts of melon...cucumber....dark green cabbage.
The melon and cucumber will fulfill her need for water for the time being.
