Guinea Head Injury

My daughter was playing with her guinea, Diamond in her bedroom. When I came in she said she accidentally dropped a toy on Diamond's head. It seemed like a very light toy (a few ounces)but Diamond has a tiny bit of bleeding in her mouth, and she is twitching. She will not eat or drink. This happened about 1/2 hour ago.
Should I be concerned?

Sorry if my reply is late but it may be due to the time difference between countries.

I would certainly recommend that you get diamond checked by a vet to be on the safe side although it might just be that she is temporarily stunned.
