I asked you a question before about fighting and thank you you helped a lot! I have another problem. I cant seem to find anyone to buy my two baby guinea pigs that are almost four weeks old. Their names are Cosmo and Romeo and have asked all of my friends and they dont want one.I know I have a few weeks before I can get rid of them, but summer is coming and nobody is going to be around to ask. Do you know anyone who would want one or maybe a place that I know they would be safe? I just love them so much! I want to find a good home!

Have you separated the two boys from their mum? They should have been taken away from her at 3 weeks old. I just had to check, since the boys become sexually active at 3 weeks.

The thing I suggest you do is look on the internet for guinea pig rescues in your area. Rescues can rehome the boys for you and you know that they go to a good home. Shelters aren't advisable since they do sometimes euthanise animals they cannot find homes for. So be sure it is a RESCUE you go to and not a shelter.

Also try joining a few guinea pig forums and advertising that you are looking to rehome your piggies. Use the words "rehome" or "adopt" rather than "sell". Try putting a notice up at your local veterinary centre too, but ensure that you let your pigs go to a reliable home and not just the first person who wants them.
