Mounting

Question
I own two male guinea pigs called Timon and Pumba. Timon is constantly mounting Pumba whilst Pumba seems to have no interest. I don't think Timon hurts Pumba but I'm worried that he might. Do you know what has caused this and any way to prevent it?

 Piggies will mount eachother for dominance. However you should make sure that they are either male and male or female and female. The bottom link will show you how to tell the difference. There isn't any way to prevent it and unless Pumba flings of Timon of whilst he is mounted, neither piggy will get hurt.
