Its about my guinea pig

Hi.. I just want to ask you something about my guinea pig. Zaire, my guinea pig, doesn't really drink water. Whenever I force him to drink in a syringe, he refuses it. He also doesn't drink in his water dispenser. But he eats pellets. I gave him cucumber but he just ate a little part of it. He's getting weaker and thinner. What should I do?

Another question.. I had a lot of guinea pig before. But most of them are dead now and the cause of their death is this: They don't eat.. and then I think something smelly are excreted in their mouth cause I noticed that the fur under their mouth is always wet and it smells awful.. Do you have any idea of what disease it is?

are you giving them a lot of vegetable and fruit and a variety. they need to drink water so you must force the water into his mouth with a syringe. please take him to the vet. please contact me if you have any further questions. i hope Zaire, gets better.
