How to treat guinea pigs

Hi tow completely unrelated questions.

1. How much of the mite medicine should we put behind their ears when treating (we have the medicine in a siringe) and for how long should we treat them?

2. Can guinea pigs eat bread? Our oldest Jack keeps trying to eat bread whenever we have it out. Just curious.

Answer
1) it depends on how bads it is and how strong the medicationn is. When you got this off the vet you should have been told what to do, with instructions on the back of the bottle.

2)Yes, but it must be stale and only in small amounts daily.
