I have had sparkle since feb .He lives on his own and is handled and loved everyday. He developed excema on his back a month ago which was diagnosed by the vet,hes been treated and is mended nicely, but now on occasion he shakes his head and scurries around when i try to cuddle or more particularly touch or stroke him him he get extremely agitated

Try applying some aloe vera gel onto sparkle. I am not sure how the vet managed to diagnose eczema as this is not a condition found in pigs. It is much more likely to have been a fungal infection. Sparkle obviously is still a little uncomfortable so the gel should help.
