YOUNG GUINEA PIG

WE BOUGHT ANOTHER GP LAST WEEK FOR COMPANY FOR CRUMBS(OUR OTHER GUINEA).WE GOT HER FROM A PET SHOP AND SEEMS VERY YOUNG AND SMALL,IS IT TRUE THAT YOU CAN GIVE GP DILUTED CARNATION MILK?  I WANT TO GIVE HER THE BEST START I CAN.  ALSO THE OLDER GP KEEPS TUGGING AT THE LITTLE ONES BOTTOM LIP, SHE DOES'NT CRY OUT OR ANYTHING BUT I CANT WORK OUT THE REASON WHY SHES DOING THIS!

Hmm.. you can give your guinea pig a little milk but that is just so your guinea pig can gain weight. the tugging of the bottom lip could mean anything really. I'm not too sure what it could mean. It could be curiosity, trying to estabilsh dominance or the little one just being affectionate.
