my sisters guinea pig had a dead deformed baby ,do you think they will be anymore

well that depends, the average is 2-4 but 1,5,6 are all very common. if she had delivered a second then it will be viewable (eg. she wouldnt have hidden it) if however she couldnt deliver a second, (which is very unlikely but possible) then your only real option is the take her to the vets as quickly as possible. but if it has been more than a day since the first baby was delivered then she will not have any undelivered babies as she would have died by now.
