keeping male and female guineapigs together

My male guineapig is about 8 years old and my two females are about 3 years old, is it possible to keep them together in one cage without the girls getting pregnant

after a certain age males tend not to get jiggy so's to speak and at eight years he is unlikly to, however, I would not risk it, and given his age it is poinless to neuter him, I would keep him in the cage with them but with a divider just to be on the safe side. it is too risky otherwise.
