When does the female come into heat and what

Hi Siaumy

I presume you mean when does a female come into season, i.e able to become pregnant?

Ideally a female can be bred from the age of 5 months, but she must have given birth for the first time by the age of 12 months or she may not be able to deliver the babies resulting in danger for the babies and mom.

The female piggy will come into season every 15-17 days, with each season lasting approx. 24-48 hours. Signs that the female is in season are that she may mount other females whilst make purring noises and you will also see that if you stroke her she may kind of flatten down on the floor and purr. She will be receptive to the male for a period of a few hours whilst in season.
