Tinys about to have the babies

Hello there Andy!
I have a guinea pig who is about to have her babies but is 10 months old. I'm afraid that she'll pass away because my other guinea pig (chocolate) died while giving birth because her pelvis was fused together. If Tiny got pregnant when she was like 6-7 months is that dangerous? Do you know if her pelvic area will be fused together now that she's 10 months old? Please help. ---Also I heard that if you place two fingers underneath her (you know what) and fit those two fingers in between a gap, that she's dialating? Please write back. Basically, if a female gives birth for the first time at 6-7 months old she should be ok, if she is 10 months there may well be complications. If it is tiny's second pregnancy at 10 months the pelvic bones will not be fused.

I am not sure about the dilating thing because I not a great expert on pregnancy.
