guinea pig life expectancy

my grandsons guinea pig has startedto not eat and pees when they pick him up. any comments on what might be wrong?

Firstly, not eating is a sign of general ill health so a vet should be consulted asap.

If the peeing is a clue I could speculate that the problem might be urinary based, bladder stones etc but it is very difficult to say without examining the patient.

I really would advise a trip to the vet.
