Exercise and taming

Do guinea pigs need o be let out of there cages for exercise?

How do you tame guinea pigs? I have tryed offering food but they wont take it.

Answer
Depending on the cage size, they should get at least 2 hours of floor time daily. If you use a pet store cage or aquarium, both which are NOT suitable for guinea pigs, it is a definate must.

Cavies need to be held mulitple times every day, otherwise they will never become tame.
