My Guinea pig sow just gave birth to two large stillborn pups and 1 small healthy pup who seems to be doing fine. I have a concern because she has a clear grape sized sac protruding from the birth canal. Is this normal? Are their more babies to be delivered? Please answer ASAP

This really is outside my sphere of knowledge as I have always kept male piggies so I couldnt give you an answer i am 100% happy with.
