guinea pig food alternative

hi Andy,
i have 2 guineas, and we don't have enough grass at our place so i give them sweet potato leaves as an alternative, is that okay? i let them eat fresh grass every morning, then pellets in their cage the whole time, sweet potato leaves at lunch and a variety of veggies at night.. i give them sweet potato leaves evrytime they want to when im at home, they love it..

and BTW, what does "maxed out" means here in this site?

Sweet potato leave are fine. If you make sure they get regular supplies of hay too, this is a substitute for grass.

It depends on the context, but I presume you mean you have tried to ask a question to an expert and you get the "maxed out" message? If I am right it means that the expert has set a limit on how many questions he/she can deal with each day and they must have reached the limit.

My limit is 15, other experts limit might be higher or lower.
