worming guinea pigs and with what my guinea pigs are on the ground does thismean they get worms

Hi Terry,

You will need to take your piggies to a vet to be wormed. Take the time to find a specialist small animal or exotic pet vet if you can.

As far as I know, guinea pigs who live on the ground are no more likely to get worms than those in raised cages, but I believe outdoor piggies are more succeptible than indoor piggies.
