Im confused about my Guinea pigs behaviour!

I am 13 yrs old and i look after my guinea pigs very well! I recently got my second guinea pig, It is a girl! I also have a 6 month old guinea pig named humphrey Bear! I got Claire Bear the other day because humphrey was lonly! So far everything has been good! Though whenever Claire is around Humphrey, he makes a funny noise and wiggles his but whenever beside her. He doesnt hump her much anymor\re ( wich is good) But im not sure if he is make this noise to get her away or something nice! Im really confused! And im also worried because whenever i pick him up he only wants to go back with claire! And sometimes he just cant leave Claire bear alone! PLEASE HELP ME!

if Humphrey is a boy which it sounds like he is then you have made a massive mistake!!! guinea pigs come into season every 14-17 days, meaning she can get pregnant. She will then be pregnant for 2 months and have the babies. There is a 20% chance of death in this pregnancy. Unless you keep them in seperate cages 24/7 they will mate over and over again and poor claire bear will have babies over and over im afraid. He is wagging his bum and making a noise because he is about to mate with her and is trying to impress her. This will be a very common thing for you now. He will not want to spend anytime with you but with Claire. I would reccommend putting them into 2 different cages and keeping it like that, unless she is already pregnant.
