Overweight guinea pig

Hi, I'm hoping to breed (shes had babies before)with my girl but first I want her to loose weight. She is 2 yrs old and weighs 1750g. How should I get her to drop some of this and be healthy? I read someone elses advice and they say to feed them hay, does this mean grass or just dried hay?

Ok first change the diet
Feed her less
And do switch to dries hay not grass of course give her vegetables and friut as she needs Viatimin C but feed it to her maybe 2-3 a week
And give her lots of exersice

And in about a months time she should of droped alot of that weight
