1. do guinea pigs generallybald behind their ears at an early age?

2. how can you tell if a guinea pig has been bred before?

3. can i report it if the pet store lied to me about my guinea pig in order to get rid of it, and if so who do i go to?

I will answer your questions in order.

1. It is perfectly normal for a piggy to have a bald patch behind the ears.

2. I am not aware of a way of getting this information from a physical examination.

3. If I was in your position, I would go to a animal charity such as RSPCA in britain and report the store.
