Answer
Hi Hannah,
Make sure Zoe is still eating and drinking, that is the most important thing. Usually it isn't necessary to have all of the teeth filed down just because one tooth broke, this can cause more problems for the guinea pig and it can make it harder for them to eat and drink. For more information on broken teeth (I'm really short on time, as this is the day before Christmas, I'll leave the information for you to read on another website) go to http://www.guinealynx.info/teeth_broken.html .
If you can't get him to eat, you'll have to hand-feed him, because sometimes when a guinea pig has a broken tooth, they won't eat. Guinea pigs have rapidly fast metabalisms, so even if it doesn't eat or drink for one day, it can get extremely sick. For info on hand-feeding go to
http://www.guinealynx.info/handfeeding.html .
I hope this helps, and feel free to contact me if you need anything else.
