Hey I have 2 males and 1 of them has a cough and I have no money for a vet and I put him close to my ear and he's breathing good. My question is I haven't been able to clean there cage in about 4 days could that be the reason

It's not likely that the cage is the cause. Many times a pig will give what sounds like a cough but is actually a kind of throat clearing mechanism that basically means nothing.

The key to how a guinea pig feels is their appetite. When they are not feeling well they refuse to eat or drink. As long as the appetite is good and they are drinking normally there is no need for alarm.
