guinea cant walk

we bought patches little over week ago from a pet store he seemed fine, very sweet. but he lost use of his back legs 2 days ago, i have been feeding himm carrots and vit c suplements like i was told too along with his normal food. whats wrong with my baby. we were told hi is about 15 weeks old.

thats very strange, the diet is fine, better than fine in fact its a well balanced one. usually when a guinea pig losses the use of its back legs it is through an injury of some kind.

if you have sawdust and especially if you have a wire floor in his cage/hutch then that could be the cause and might have given him bumlbefot, though this condition is fairly rare with sawdust and even then tends to be ly on certain types of sawdust.

really with something that serious he needs to go to a vet, there arnt really any home remedies, at least not without you being better experienced.
