ginea pigs

Question
I bought 2 guinea pigs from a pet store about 4 weeks ago. I checked and made sure both of them were females. I believe they are, but I'm not too sure now. One of them is pregnant, I can see and feel the babies now, and I'm assuming that she was pregnant before I purchased them. I want to be positive that the other one is a female. They both look the same down there, and they both have two nipples on the stomach at the bottom, but these are my first guinea pigs, and I want to make sure that they're both females so I know if I need to separate them. Any information would be very helpful. Thank you very much.

Answer
Hi Naomi

Ok if they both have a Y shaped pelvic area.
Then they are female
But if you are not convinced That they are both females then take them to a Vet or another Pet shop
If you have any other questions then feel free to ask
And Im sorry about the wait on me replying its been so busy

All the best Naomi

Good Luck
Mitchell
