sick guinea

guinea is in my sons bedroom with a 65 gallon fish tank.  guinea is on antiobiotics for an upper resp. infection.  could the fish tank be the cause?  too many mold spores in the air possibly? does too much humidity in the air cause the infection?

Answer
If the tank were cleaned really well then it shouldent have been a cause. This infection comes from bacteria. If you steralized the tank, then it has no bacteria. It could have been from dirty beding or anything. It is usually not reacurrent. Sorry to hear about the piggy, I wish her luck! Thanks!
