Snickers... Fudges brother

QUESTION: Ok how can I get a guinea pigs weight down? My boar Snickers (Fudge's brother) weighs more than she does and she's like two weeks away (as you said) from having her babies. She weighs about 1 pound and 2 and 5/8 ounces he weighs a whopping 1 pound and 5 and 3/4 ounces HE'S ONLY LIKE 3 MONTHS OLD! what should I do?

Piggies are supposed to be chunky and very rarely need diets. However, if I can see him I can judge better how is he physiologically. Weight is sometimes just a guide.

Oh dear!

I dont think he needs a diet.

2 things to bear in mind. Firstly, males weigh more than females naturally so this partially explains his weight in comparison to Fudge's.

Secondly, I just weighed my pig, Pasi to compare with Snickers and he is bigger and he is a lovely handful so there you go :)
