Question
my 4 week old guinea pig is not acting the same. it usually tries to jump out of my hand when i pick it up and now today its not and its walking different and not hardly moving and its just laying down on me and when i touch its leg it will make noises and i don't know what's wrong.

Answer
When you say he's 'walking different' do you mean he looks like he's standing way up high on his legs to walk? The babies will walk like that almost as if they're tucking up their tummy. If that's the case he may well have a stomach ache. Babies at that should not be fed a lot of fruits and veggies as it easily upsets their digestive system. It can also cause diarrhea which can be fatal to the young ones.

Again, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by making noises when you touch his leg? Is he squealing as if in pain? Could he have suffered an injury of some kind?  Little guys are easily injured because their little bones are still so fragile. The most common injury is caused by someone grabbing for them as they try to run away and grabbing ahold of a foot or leg, causing either a dislocation or a fracture.

At four weeks they are still delicate. They can't tolerate a big variety in their diet and should be primarily on pellets. A very small piece of carrot every day or so is okay. Too much lettuce or fruits and they're in trouble.

I wish I could give you an absolute cause but it's nearly impossible without actually seeing what's going on. Whatever the cause, his behavior is telling you he doesn't feel good. If at all possible you ought to take him to a vet and let him examine the little fellow.
