guinea pig making strange noises

Question
my guinea pig Hairy, just sits in his cage and every so often makes a sound like a cat meowing. he no longer asks for treates like he used to he doesn't eat any of his favorite treats any more i have no idea how old he is, he is a rescue that was left on my porch 3 years ago. i am very worried as none of the vets in my location will even look at a sick pig also he seems to feel cold to the touch but shows no signs of having a cold thank you for your time i hope you can help my little guy

All I can say is that you must find a vet asap for your poor piggy. As for the age, three years is about 50 in giune pig years and then you also dont know if he is 4 or 5. I would guess he is nearing the end of his time, but it does not sound like he is dying of old age, or even immediately dying at all. That does not make this any less concerning. I looked up giunea pig sound but did not find any that sounded cat like. I would like you to cheack out this website for yourself though:
