Guinea pig pregnant?

Question
Hello, im here to ask you if you think my guinea pig is pregnant and these are some of the things iv noticed.
My female guinea pig now 3-4 years old i think not quite sure, she has been gainning LOTS of weight lately as she has been bred twice now and succesfully to 2 females and 3 males, the thing is you probly think i should be able to tell by now since i bred her twice but i dont recall her being with a male to get pregnant but we have 2 males at the moment witch she could of got pregnant with because i let all my three females out in my backyard to run around on grass and i let my 2 males run out two but block them from the females so they dont get in contact but you never know the boys try anything to get in and they have a couple of times only for 2 mins months ago. So its quite frustrating as i dont want to bred them no more today i picked her up i felt her stomach i could feel 2 large round sacks at the right and left of her belly she didnt like me toching her there either she bit me!!! She doesnt usually do that. Her tits are quite large but have always been like that and it has a white tip on the end of them?? She eats alot now and drinks and is the fattest out of them all!! So does she sound pregnant??? Maybe cause she eats so much as the boys are the same wieght as her but what can explain those two large sacks i felt on her belly???

Answer
Please don't take offense to this but your post is extremely difficult to read as it's nearly one long sentence. It's much easier to read if you break your sentences and make paragraphs.

I do not think your pig is pregnant. At 3+ years old she shouldn't be bred anyway. She is  past her prime and is hopefully not able to conceive. Trying to deliver pups at her age is dangerous and often fatal.

The soft round sacks you felt are probably ovarian cysts. That would explain her not wanting you to touch or press on her stomach. Ovarian cysts are fairly common in guinea pigs and are not generally treated. The only cure is a hysterectomy. Not typically something most pet owners can afford.

As far as her nipples being large, ovarian cysts can cause that hormonal response. It's unlikely she is pregnant. Obesity occurs in older pigs and is worse in appearance if there are ovarian cysts present.
