Leashes and harnesses

I bought a comfort harness for my guinea pig, and I wrapped it around his body with no problem, but he will not let me wrap it around his neck no matter what. Is their some technique to do this. What do I need to do, and what are some suggestions of my guinea pig and I can do together?

Patience is a virtue that you need especially with guinea pigs. The guinea pig is very afraid of you trying to put it on your head. The only thing I can tell you is to be patient and try your best. My reptile hates it when I put on his harness. It takes me at least 15min. to try to put it on him. It's really all about being patient and it doesn't help to have two people to try to put the harness on him. Good luck.
