Hi Trevor,

They're both easy to tame.  The only difference is that female gerbils have a bit more energy, while male gerbils are more laid-back.  (And remember, always get a pair of gerbils; don't just get one.)  Either, way, they're both easy to tame.  Just remember to not touch them for 2 days when you first bring them home.  This 2-day period will help them get adjusted to their new home.
