Hi Janan

I'm sorry to hear about your hamster.

You haven't said how old she is or if there have been any changes in her behaviour.  Is it possible she is pregnant???  If so, has she had a litter before?  Was everything OK then?

If not, is she old - about 2 years of age?  If so, then this could be an abdominal tumor or similar.  These can grow large and the hamster can look pregnant with them.  If they rupture or put pressure on an internal organ there can be blood.

What is her general behaviour like?  Is she clearly acting as though she is ill or isn't she bothered by the blood.  I always view blood as something that needs to be checked out by a vet as quickly as possible as it is not normal.  I don't know how difficult this is for you - if you have one locally that you can contact.  They will be able to examine her and see if she can be treated.  If left without medical advice she could be in a lot of pain and start to suffer.
