hamster skin

I was wondering if my hamster has an infection or if hes ill or if is natural or something,it looks wear like a scar its like a little pink circle and it has like dots in it and it feels kind of ruff when you touch it.He has two on hes back but on the sides like around the stomach,  little to the back. Well i hope this could help you to find out what he has. Thanks

    From what you have said and the place where they are, it sounds like his scent glands. These are normal and they do tend to get a little ruff feeling from time to time.
