my hams not so good

i came home today and my winter white dwarf hamster has a pink type flesh bag coming out of her mouth looks to be filled with a liquid and i'm very worried along with my children any ideas of what it could be?

Ouchies it sounds very painful. It sounds like her cheek pouch is out of her mouth. I forgot the exact medical term, but I do know that the hamster should see a vet asap. Infection could happen because the cheek pouch is out.
