Nope, afraid not. Syrian hamsters (teddy bear is just what pet stores call long haired syrians) are very territorial adult animals, and will not tolerate another hamster, even a family member in the same cage as them. They are only together at the pet store because they are still fairly young, and most pet stores don't care if they fight anyway. If you want more then one hamster, I would suggest getting some dwarf hamsters.
