Am I holding my hamster too much?

I love my hamster to death but I hold her all the time and sometimes take her with me, she doesn't seem to mind and is very calm about it but could holding her for a couple hours interfere with health or future breeding? Thanks again!

     Holding her for a couple hours is fine. She will still have plenty of time to get her exercise in, which is one of the most important things in keeping her healthy (also being healthy is best for breeding).
