medical problems

My dwarf hamster's cheeks have become very big. they are bigger than any hamster cheeks Iv'e ever seen. His cheeks come out about half an inch. is this a medical problem or is he just storing lots of food in his cheek puoches?

This is no problem at all, hamsters will use thier cheeks to transport large amounts of food to other places in thier cages, or simply store it in thier cheeks. It always looks like thier cheeks hurt from all that stretching, but they don't seem to mind it. You have nothing to worry about.
