hi i just relized my syrian hamster sparky has no fur around his privates and my mom told me to ask if this is ok he is only about 11 weeks old is this bad do i need to take to vet sorry if i didnt spell syrian right thanks bye

I wouldn't worry about this - this is very normal for some hamsters.  Long haired hamsters obviously have enough fur to cover their entire body and hide their genitalia, however, with the short haired varieties you can often see them.
