Question
well Thursday from Thursday i was watching my friends hamster. shes about 2 months old. i woke up Thursday morning and i  saw her hamster nickel lying in a corner freezing cold and not breathing. Me and my mom were stunned. So we did what a good babysitter would do... we massaged her then she started to breathe. every once and a while she would move. We had to run to some stores so we put her in a box with a heating pad. When we got home she was out of the box and had pooped EVERYWHERE. but they weren't normal size pellets. she would walk around Very low and her head was not high like normal. And when she would walk she wobbled like she was stumbling. We were clueless. What was wrong with her?

Answer
Without seeing her and knowing a little more about her I'm not sure.  What kind of bedding is she in? How old is she? Is her backside wet?  Is she eating/drinking normally? Is she still cold? If so, leave the heating pad on low, if she gets cold she's less likely to make it through whatever illness she has.  She may need to see a vet and if you're petsitting and can't get ahold of the person, it's your call whether or not to take her.  Maybe you can just call first and describe the symptoms and explain that she's not yours and you don't know everything about her.

If you can give me more info. , maybe I can be of more help. Good luck!
