Cancer is a fatal disease if not treated, as I'm sure you know. Do you have confirmation that it is cancer? If not, it may be a non-cancerous cyst or abscess.

I would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible, as a problem like this is not possible to diagnose without having a good look at the subject. If she is hunching her back, that most likely means she is in pain and not doing well overall.

Until you can get her to the vet, please make sure she is getting water and food (monitor her drinking and eating). If she is not drinking, you can give her water into her mouth by way of a dropper.

Let me know if I can help further, though I do recommend taking her to the vet.

Good Luck!
