Teddy bear shaking

Question
Hi,
I've had my teddy for 2 months now, and she always seems to have a small shake, but I've noticed that when she stops sniffing, the shaking stops. I'm just wondering if that's normal? She eats, drinks and runs on her wheel normally, it's just the shaking that worries me and I find it a bit awkward that it seems to occur when she's sniffing, which is most of the time! Also, I've noticed that most of the shaking happens during the day, but at night, it's much less. Is that only because she's nocturnal and is more comfortable at night?

Thanks in advance. :)

Answer
It sounds normal to me.  Mine do that when they get really interested in something, they stand up on 2 legs a lot of the time, sniff like crazy and sort of tremble.  Sometimes it's because they're afraid but a lot of times it appears to be because they're sniffing so hard!
Mine also tend to do it more when they first wake up.  Most likely an instinct as in the wild they'd have no idea what may be outside the nest when they wake up so have to check before venturing out too far.  Once they've established that everything sounds, looks and smells ok, then they carry on with their nightly doings until some noise catches their attention again.
