My hamster has something pink coming from its but.What should I do?

thank you for your question.
I cannot say anything for sure without having seen the hamster.
If it is round, it might well be the hamster's testicles. But it can be a gut prolapse (that means his guts are hanging out) and that is very dangerous and very painful. I do recommend seeing a vet with the hamster as soon as possible.
