i accidently dropped the corner of a book on the back of her neck. and now she wont stop running around in circles. she eats and drinks and sleeps like she used to. she just doesnt jump up against the walls anymore. shes a bit wobbly and loses balance when she has to scale the uneven-ness of the bedding.

it sounds like she might have a concussion or something due to the accident. I think the best thing to do is to make things easier for the hamster to get around. Softer bedding, food and water closer to her to make it more comfortable for her. That's really the best you can do. You can take her to a vet, but I don't know if there's anything that can be done.
