Hey, the particular cleaning product that I use is Super Pet Clean Cage Deodorizer. The best medication to help with itching would be any type of anti itching spray that can be used for cats or dogs since there isn't anything that's for small animals to help with itching. Many small animals scratch a lot more than other animals because they are groming themselves a lot. If they are itching themselves raw and fur is falling off then they probably have mites and should see a vet immediently.
