accidently matings

hi, the bottom line is, i put a 3-4 month old hamster with a anywhere from 6month -2year old hamster (it was fully grown) into a cage with eachother, they started to hump but i never saw the males penis go into the females vagina, but the male did hump here rear end for awhile, is it likly that she will be pregnant? plz get back to me asap thanks, and can u give me tips on what to do if she is pregnant? and how to prepare for the babies ? thx

Truth is I couldn't be able to tell if the female is pregnant unless I could look at her now or had seen them while they were mating.  If she starts building large nests and you see her abdomen getting bigger around 10 days after you put your hamsters together, then chances are she is pregnant.  

If she is pregnant, the main things to remember are:
-give her some undyed unscented toilet paper so she can build nests with it.
-continue to give her regular hamster food, and you can give her occassional high-protein treats like small pieces of bread soaked in milk
-if she has babies, don't clean the cage or touch them or the mom, until they are 14 days old

Those are the main things you need to know.. the mom will take care of just about everything else.  If you need any more tips or info on anything though, feel free to ask.  Good luck with your hamsters.
