Do hamsters drink tab water?

Hamsters need fresh water daily - drinking water from a tap is fine to give - if it is suitable for human consumption, it will be fine for your hamster.  Bottle water can also be given if you are concerned about any additives that might have been put in tap water to purify it.  I've always given all my animals tap water and they have been fine.
