ANSWER: NO!!!!!!!  Dogs should NEVER have milk.  It will cause diarrhea and can lead to dehydration.

Why are you considering feeding milk?

And all females that are expecting a litter should have a whelping box.

Answer
The small pup you want to let feed when the other pups are sleeping and off the dam.

To bring milk in you can give her raw beef heart, kidney, liver, tripe, etc.  Remember to do it in moderation.  A good balanced diet high in fat (like puppy food) is best.
